Welcome to the Homestead

This endeavor is homesteading concept based around survivalism, agriculture, alternative energy and sustainability. The intentions of each individual here are to reside on a shared property in a yet undecided county of Maine, where we will develop sustainable housing and a system of support for the community based on the division and trade of necessary resources. This is a young concept and highly susceptible to change so the proliferation of ideas is welcome and encouraged.
With that said it is important to understand that this is a community based in mutual understanding and trust. No aggression or unwarranted prejudice will be tolerated.
To put it simply:
-Refrain from trolling
-Keep discussions civil, no name calling, no targeting based on demographic, etc
-Stay on topic
-Refrain from posting offensive/pornographic content (consider it a 4chan blueboard)
With all that out there, let's begin discussing how to get this project off the ground!
